That duel alone took more time to beat that it took me to beat every single song in the game back 2 back as I was on that duel for a good 5 to 6 hours going back and forth trying to beat the Devil. After tacking those songs than came the real challenge battling the devil in a Guitar Duel for my soul playing The Devil went down to Georgia. #GUITAR HERO LIVE FORUMS TRIAL#Than the final setlist was a trial for me cause each song challenging the accuracy and movement speed of my fingers. Than I got to the encore with the song Cult of Personality was truly the first song to give me a challenge in GHIII. I breeze though the first few setlists till I got to the 7th and 8th setlist, 3's and 7's I believe was one of the first songs to give me trouble. Went to gamestop got Guitar Hero III for the Wii got home strap my wiimote inside and start playing Guitar Hero III on Hard. We got their early than expected and had McDonalds for breakfast, I always get the Big Breakfast combo that comes with 3 hotcakes, a piece of sausage, scramble eggs, and a biscuit. I remember asking my mom if she could take me (at the time) the closest gamestop which was roughly 45 minutes away to get in and out right when they open. I was broke at the time as this was my first summer working so I saved up some money and waited till Guitar Hero III came out to make it my first GH game I was going to own and beat. Now I had no trouble at this time as I felt extremely comfortable as playing Hanger 18 was extremely easy for me on medium and so was FREEBIRD on medium as well. Though getting back to FREEBIRD, I felt a chill down my spine as I firmly gasp my friends guitar in my hands and strum out to the first note (I know its a G cord). I didn't really have the internet at the time for information like I do today as I only had a simple laptop without a wifi card. After he passed out since he had a extremely long day I stayed up all night rocking out playing songs like Shout at the Devil, Carry Onward, Son, Hanger 18, Message in a Bottle, Rock this Town, and as I approach the final song which is of course one of my favorite songs of all time and to this day I will scream this song title out on the top of my lungs FREEBIRD! When I saw Freebird pop on the screen I was like no way, there is no way this song was in this game. After school let out for summer break, my friend bought his copy of Guitar Hero II. To put on how bad I did I had a real life crowd boo me as I failed the song. I still remember the first song I attempted to play was I Love Rock and Roll by Joan Jett on medium difficulty setting. I was in gym class in sophomore year in High School towards the very end of the school year so the gym teacher(s) didn't care that someone brought in Guitar Hero and luckily I was good friends with him so he let me give it a try. Before I start going on what I think about the new Guitar Hero, I want to talk about how I got started with Guitar Hero.
